The good news is that you can get the owls you missed in the Extra Bonus Gameplay.

You might want to check in the forums about those fairies we missed.   I know I also collected
1 pumpkin.  I thought there would be more,   but guess I thought wrong.
I did collect all the characters,  so that is something.
Not to give too much away,   but I really had fun at the end of the Bonus game

I am now playing Dark Realm-Queen of the Flame---a title that seems rather contradictory

We have to collect pumpkins in Wicked Harvest?? OH!

I thought I checked the forum this morning and read something about silver, gold and bronze flowers? I was kind of confused about that. Is it in the bonus?

Gosh, how many collectibles are there in this game?

Well,   what was curious was that I clicked on 1--I think it was in the Gypsy's house--
and it came up as some type of collection--then I never saw another one.    Dunno

I have not been collecting MO in the HO's in this Dark Flame Queen game I am playing.

Maybe I should start picking a bone with some of the devs instead of picking up pumpkins, apples, and other detritus they make us collect . I am getting sick of collectibles. Never thought I'd say it, but I am. They overdid it.

Time to stop beating the dead horse already. (Which is an absolutely terrible idiom. I like my horses alive and unbeaten, thanks!)

Laugh  esme! You must be reading my mind everyone in Dragon Cave is desperately in search of chickens, eggs and hens. Because if we find enough, we'll find the rooster!! But I see you already have it!

    Happy bounce

I love emoticons! I just never seem to find the time to search for them - so thank you so much for the ones that you put here.

Okay now ladies on to more serious stuff. I am in a dilemma. Have two free pcc slots for this month's card. Have the 2 necessary pcc codes to fill them.

But what games? I have a small  Rolling Eyes list of 25 must have's in the se form lol. I have narrowed it down to between:

    Forgotten Kingdoms:: Dreams of Ruin

    Gizmos 1 and

Gizmo Spooky - for the celebration I have never before celebrated lol

    Grim Facade: Artist and Pretender

    Grim Legend 2: Dark Swan

    Queens Quest: Dark Tower

It's time to pay the piper Singing   Belly laugh

Now the reviewer needs to consult the players, she has lost all will to write them since she has taken up dragon breeding for a hobby (obsession) for herself!

I see Gizmo is  TGT on BF and is $4.99.

Grim Facade:  Artist and Pretender.   The CE is what I just played and really enjoyed
it.  Not sure what the SE will have,   but the info on Leonardo Di Vinci was interesting.
The Bonus was not necessary for the storyline.   The things that were collected went into
a story book that,  well,  told you a short story.
So,  as much as I enjoyed all that,  you could wait for the SE and get a good game..

Oh nuts.   Once again....need to get ready to go to work!!!

    Have a good day,  everyone.

Thanks luvtoread for the info on Grim Facade: The Artist and the Pretender.  I am Suspect on getting the SE for the Grim Facade series in case the story finishes up in the bonus chapter.

I am playing a hard game right now called Evil Pumpkin: The Lost Halloween.  I got it at Gamehouse, but I think it is coming to Big Fish this week.  Casual setting has HOs, but the harder setting is straight adventure.  I am playing casual setting and it's still pretty hard. It's also weird and long and a great game for Halloween.

Esme...I love your donkey or is it a horse emoticon that you found. It's super cute.

Justie, the only game I have on your list is Grim Legends 2 and I haven't played it yet. So I'm basically useless in your quest to fill your PC. Embarrassed

Thanks for your review, luvtoread. It's good to know I can wait for the SE and still get a completed game.

I've been enjoying our summer-like weather! Sunny Because I know winter is just around the corner. In fact, I think we may get snow showers later this week. Huh?

And what is up with the new Weird Park? I'm beginning to think something dreadful happened between Alawar and BFG. Cry
Anyways, the 2 CEs due out this week are um...not Weird Park! meh

Can't wait to see the next Vampire Legends. Really loved the first!  Vampire Lamp

I ended up with, predictably, the SEs of popular series (ie. played it safe) and bought Grim Facade and Grim Legends.

Well, our dearest most looked for Evil Pumpkin has arrived in time to save Halloween! - honestly I feel like an expectant father finally given the good news!  Belly laugh

And wow! Here's something new! A "easy HOP" setting and a "hard pure adventure" setting. Didn't see that coming!

I have kept quiet about a beta I did at the developer's invitation, because I was specifically asked to do so, but it is okay to say this much I think - Frankenstein is due out before the end of the year and it is awesomely dark and eerie!!

The HD graphics are unbelievable! Cut scenes that don't actually cut into anything - they are such a smooth transition to such a high quality on the animations, you don't even know they're there! It all just flows.

But without a doubt, the most amazing thing about this game is the monster... Frankie-walk He is GORGEOUS!!!! I mean, he's creepy and scary and ugly as hell, but so well rendered I just sat there watching him!

And best of all, the advertising worked! Free game for me!

I'm eager to see what this new Frankenstein game is all about!

Can you (at least) tell us if this particular developer released any other games? Enquiring minds need to know. Laugh

Snicker  LOVE teasing people - it's an Australian National Passtime. We call it "Shit stirring"  Snicker

The developer is JetDogs, and yes, they have a few games at Big Fish already. From memory, more TM than HOPA I think. Anyway, they have 4 in production now.

The Frankenstein game is the familiar story. At least, it's the one where the Monster is looking for a wife... Nice non-save the relative story!

The game is a bit too easy, and you'll not hear that from me very often! That was on the Easy mode. I went back into the game on Hard, and it had sparkles where the HOP scenes were. Ditching that and similar sorts of things is where I hope my advice was heeded. They specifically said that they were.

It'll be a stand alone SE, and as such, might well be the best of the year. Not just because HD art is mesmerizing, it also branches out into new fields in the interface and inventory placement, and a bunch of other things that make you feel like you're playing a significantly different sort of HOPA.

Can't wait to see more of that monster and his mayhem! And a few other not-too-friendly other creatures.  Snicker

Wow, that Frankenstein game looks awesome! Sadly, I don't have a Steam account. I vote for BFG to get it!!!!
I'm sure there will be plenty of people bitching about it, too. "Too violent", "Too graphic", "Too scary". Geesh, no wonder we never get any good D&E games! meh
