Thanks genki.  Everyone can just call me Marianne...my real name.  When I first registered here way-back-when, I wasn't allowed to use marianne cause it was already in use which is why the marinora, nora is my middle name.  But I prefer marianne and use it with other sites as genki knows.

I do like to shop, but I'm not a fan of Christmas shopping. I'd rather people tell me what they'd like to get, so I'm not wandering around aimlessly in the overcrowded stores.
And armed with a sales circular, I arrive only to find the store is out-of-stock on a particular item.
By that time, I'm already furious because of the drive to get there. So many idiots here, talking or texting on their cell phones while driving.
I breathe a sigh of relief when I finally get home & vow never to go out again.
And that is NOT having a fun-time.
