Jessica's Play List (formerly Hondo's Highlights)

Last week I had mentioned that PuppetShow: Destiny Undone Collector's Edition was on the way. As you know, that ended up not being the case, but the good news is that it's back on the docket for this week!

Speaking of games that didn't come out the week I first mentioned them, it looks like Lost Tales: Forgotten Souls has also been re-scheduled for this week. In case you forgot what this one was about, you can click here to see my initial synopsis.

Now before you start piling on the "geez Hondo" comments, aside from these two I've been pretty spot-on with my predictions, haven't I?

Here's a game that I haven't previously mentioned -- Vampire Legends: The True Story of Kisilova Collector's Edition will be out for PC later this week. True story, you ask? This game is based on the first ever documented case of vampirism.

Fear for Sale: Nightmare Cinema Collector's Edition - When the entire audience disappears from a film screening at an old theater, you must go behind the scenes to find out who is running the mysterious Nightmare Cinema.

Royal Gems - I haven't actually heard much about this game yet, but wanted to give it a plug here for all of our Match 3 fans. Hope you enjoy this one!

Adelantado Trilogy: Book Two (PC only) - If you liked Book One (which judging by the reviews, many of you did) you'll be excited to hear that Don Diego is expected to make his return in the sequel to this Time Management/Strategy game later this week.

Empress of the Deep: Legacy of the Phoenix Collector's Edition - Guided by an ancient phoenix, save your lost tribe after one final confrontation with you evil twin, Pandora. New to the series? Check out EotD1 and EotD2 to prepare for the third chapter!

Small Town Terrors: Pilgrim's Hook Collector's Edition - There's a dark force at work in Pilgrim's Hook. Return to your childhood home and save your twin brother from the evil that lives beneath the sea.

Gardenscapes 2 (PC only) - The garden at the estate where Austin grew up in is in a pitiful state. Help your good old friend bring the family garden to bloom again!

First up is the much anticipated next chapter in the Dark Tales: Edgar Allan Poe series The Masque of the Red Death Collector’s Edition. This time around, you are tracking a murderous figure in a red mask who’s haunting the streets of a small French town. But, what if the mysterious Red Masque isn’t the real criminal….?

PC
In the Enigma Agency: The Case of the Shadows Collector’s Edition, your quest to trace a missing detective takes you to exotic Central America where you dip into the world of mysticism and mysteries. That sounds like it will be an interesting and unique adventure, for sure!

Mac
The Tribloos 2 is coming! I’m not a huge fan of TM games, but based on all the feedback on the first Tribloos and anticipation about this sequel, I decided to give it a try. I have to agree that the Tribloos are really cute and I had fun helping them on their adventure, which included a lot of different locations and tasks. Definitely give it a try, no matter what type of game is your favorite.

PC/Mac
Everyone can enjoy the next game in one of our popular mystery collections: Shiver: Moonlit Grove CE. In this story, your foster father is missing, and on the way to take
over his medical practice, your carriage is attacked by a wolf. The village nearby offers shelter, along with many secrets…some that even reveal information about your foster father.

There's another interesting dual release on the way, based on a popular mystery show on TV...but that's the only clue I'm giving you.

PC
I’m really excited to tell you about Grim Reaper Hidden Tales because we were able to play a demo version. This is a Free-to-Play game in the style of Found, but with a really charming story and elements of both HO and builder games. The Reaper has cursed the Fairytale world and its inhabitants and it’s up to you to clear a Safe Haven where they can live happily ever after. I like most games based on Fairy Tales, but it was also really
fun to be able to build my own little Fairy Tale Haven for the characters. I hope you Fishies like it too!

Mac
Our Mac Fishies can also look forward to The Saint: Abyss of Despair, which was released for PC players earlier this month. You can read what other players thought of this supernatural mystery set in Africa by clicking right here.

PC/Mac
This should be a fun one! Fans of the Empress of the Deep series can enjoy the third installment, Empress of the Deep 3: Legacy of the Phoenix this week. With the help of an ancient phoenix, can you find the lost tribe before the colossus awakens? You can check out what Fishies thought of the CE here.

PC
For PC this week we have the release of Portal of Evil: Stolen Runes CE. To keep an ancient evil sealed behind the gate to another world, you'll need to collect the stolen runes and uncover mysteries with the help of your secret order of light!

Another one I'm looking forward to is Legacy Tales: Mercy of the Gallows CE. Strange things are happening on the Dutch coast. Will you be able to help the ghost of a young woman in unraveling the mystery of a sea captain famed for his battles with pirates? That creepy castle on the coastline might hold some clues...

PC/Mac

This week in the PC and Mac worlds we have a couple great releases that I'm excited for. The first is Rite of Passage: Child of the Forest CE. When everyone you know in the isolated town of Willow Ridge is in danger, it falls to you to solve the mystery of the dark forest and save the day. Oh, and did I mention that the town's last line of defense, the old lighthouse, was sabotaged?

The second one I'm looking forward to is Princess Isabella: The Rise of an Heir CE.
I know there are a few Fishies who love this series, and this should be an exciting conclusion to the trilogy! Defeat the evil witch and take back the kingdom with the help of new friends in this magic-filled adventure!

PC

For PC this week we have an awesome mix of Match 3, Hidden Object and adventure in The Path of Hercules! Restore artifacts to appease the gods and save the residents of Greece from destruction. With seven legendary cities to explore and exciting quests to undertake, this should be a good one!

PC/Mac

Get ready for another great week for PC and Mac players! I know that many Fishies have enjoyed the Dark Parables games, and this week we've got another one for you in Dark Parables: The Final Cinderella CE! A mysterious witch, known only as the evil Godmother, has been searching for Cinderella. With your impressive detective skills, it falls to you to stop her evil plans before it's too late!

Another awesome title this week is Love Chronicles: Salvation CE. The evil Alura is back in this exciting follow-up as you try to stop the destruction of your homeland. Do you have what it takes to put an end to the dark lord who controls her and change her fate?

PC

In PC gaming, we'll be bringing you Chronicles of Albian 2: The Wizbury School of Magic! Explore the stunning Wizbury School of Magic in search of a thief who has stolen items from the school. With over 80 unique upgrade choices and 40 trophies, this game promises lots of fun and challenging play as you track clues to find the culprit!

Coming this week to PC and Mac we've got another great one with Off the Record: Linden Shades CE. Something has driven all the people from Linden Shades, and images of blood-red ghosts are all you have to go on. Can you find the truth? This sounds like a scary one!

The next PC and Mac release is Legacy Tales: Mercy of the Gallows! Aid a ghost in discovering the truth behind the famous sea captain, William van der Decken, who fought pirates off the Dutch coast. For PC this week, we'll be bringing you House of 1000 Doors: Serpent Flame Collector's Edition! When giant snakes burst out of the Earth and begin destroying each continent, it's up to you to travel back in time and find a way to

I was excited about last week's picks for Mac and PC, but this week is shaping up to be pretty amazing as well! First, we'll be bringing you Living Legends: Frozen Beauty CE! The Queen has selected your sister to succeed her, but are things as they seem? Not only do you face mysteries inside the Queen's castle, you'll also need to be prepared to encounter dangers under the icy mountain passes. Brr!

Next up we've got Untold History: Descendant of the Sun CE! You've grown up believing that you were an orphan until one day a shocking revelation is revealed...you're not an orphan, but instead the fabled Descendant of the Sun! Now it's up to you to retrieve the most powerful artifact in the world, but just because you're the rightful heir to the artifact to it doesn't mean that it will come easily!

PC players rejoice! Coming this week we have Big City Adventure: Tokyo! Fans of this series will love exploring this mega metropolis and enjoying the huge amount of hidden object scenes and mini-games. This should be a fun one!
