What are Your Top Three Casual Games (in each genre)?

This comes up frequently at BF (and other forums like this one,) but it's always fun to figure out what your current favorites are.  They can change so quickly!

I am not sure what they are...

I like the Playrix games, which are usually have Match 3 or HO or both in them.  Like Fishdom, Aquascapes, Barn Yarn...

Yes, I like the mixed-genre games, too, though I can't think of a favorite offhand

"Click Management" is the phrase I use for the three games I have put in that category, but I don't think anyone else calls them that   (which is why I put it in quotes.)   If you've ever played Magic Farm (etc), you'll know what I'm talking about.  Great fun, but very clicky!  I'd call the Dragon Keeper games click management, as well.
