Death by Mint-Chocolate Brownies (cake version, too)

DEATH BY CHOCOLATE Mint Brownies:

- Take your average, every day brownie mix and prepare as directed
- Pour into baking pan as usual, but layer in Junior Mints
(make sure to push them beneath the surface of the batter)
- Top with chocolate chips, push down slightly so they are embedded in the surface of the batter
- Bake as usual

Result? Ooooey, goooooey CHOCOLATELY death! Um, nummmm!

Or, for those who like a bit lighter fare:


Mint Devil's Food Cake:

- Prepare Devils' Food Cake mix, only use 1 less egg than called for, and 1/4 less water
- Pour into baking pan as usual, but layer in Junior Mints
(make sure to push them beneath the surface of the batter)
- Bake until batter at center of pan no longer "wobbles" when you shake the pan.

Let cool thoroughly, then cut and enjoy a moist, delicious chocolate mint cake! No frosting needed!
