    I just tried this. After following the first link and adding the offer to my PayPal account, I added $30 to my Steam Wallet using the guide above.

    When I went to pay at PayPal, it showed $30, but there was also a mention that I was saving $5 automatically.

    Everything showed $30 when I confirmed, but I just went into my PayPal account, and low and behold, it only took $25, as advertised! W00t! Save $5 on $30+ Steam Purchase When You Pay with PayPal (US only) Gs_joy

    No idea whether you can use the deal more than once.
