Am happy for the moment trying to sort out what I've missed. And I might take a nap later. I find I need them almost every day now. Don't know why!

Am having fun checking out the CE extras for the latest CEs. Some of these are GOOD!  Two thumbs up

your body trying to adjust to a return to health ... is what is striving for  but takes energy nonetheless.

so easy way is listen >>> if tired --- sleep !!

    if hungry >>>>> eat !!

in fact, make a check list of needs and address each one.

are many things needed to be a healthy and happy fully integrated person  ..

as each is addressed >>> amazing how much better you will feel ..  Nurse out and off disinfecting soap box !!

Oh I was over it a long time ago. I just never try to pretend he is what he isn't or that he'll ever understand me etc. I will never feel loved by him - even though I know I'm probably still his favourite kid. But that is fine by me, because I don't need his love to feel whole. My poor sis, though, still thinks she can get that from him, and that's when he annoys me today - when he hurts her.

It just so happens, purely by coincidence you understand, that humans turn into dragons in the Penddraig Chronicles.  Elk grin flutter eyelashes

I'll mention it to the creep who is supposed to be sorting out my meds. He'll probably say something like "all meds are poisons, don't need any more..." - I know that @sshole! meh La la la! Grrrrr! Roar and flames consume him! hee hee. Knew I was collecting all those Reds for more than just incubation  devilish grin Belly laugh

Oh very cute! lol, not dragon anything? Well, there's my sorry @ss to bed every night...

    LOL!!!

now >>> re meds ... is not his place ..

there to dispense meds as needed

to make sure are safe and do not interact with you or each other ..

if he feels that way >>>> should not be doing that job

supposed to do no harm >>> those comments are harmful

could dissuade people from getting meds that are vital to health

should be reported to a disciplinary board !!!!!

Well, I 'reported' him to my GP. To whom I had a right old whine! He took it all in, patted me on the knee, and said, "Well, let's see was he has to say for himself next appointment. Don't worry, we WILL sort it all out", and made a note of the guy's name. Good enough for me for the moment.

did did did!! Found out about ketones, and the statin drugs and all sorts of fun things to hit him over the head with lol

Have a plan all worked out for both short term and long term solutions to my health issues. No miraculous cures, just effective treatments, is all I am shooting for.
