Wow! I about fell off my chair when I saw the live chat is now open again. I can't believe about a month later now the live chat has finally reopened. It's no longer in holiday mode. Maybe they got enough complaints from people.

One thing I still don't see is that green envelope they use to have to contact customer support. I see that has been replaced with a Get the PC Daily Splash Deal a white envelope. The contact customer support is way down at the bottom of the page in very small print.
