    This is Darek from Orchid Games, authors of Heartwild Solitaire, Royal Trouble and Spirit Walkers.

    Let me share some great news: Heartwild Solitaire turns 5 this year and we're celebrating! Smile We've launched a new, special version of the game. It's upgraded with crisp, HD art and you'll be amazed how sharp it looks, especially if you have a big monitor or a TV screen. Also, all backgrounds are now widescreen, which means no more black bars on the side Smile

    The biggest news though is that we've made the game completely free! Now you can share the fun with your friends and family without limits. This is our way of thanking you for your support, for all the lovely emails you've been sending us through the years and simply for enjoying our creation.

    Also, let me quickly let you in on our plans for the rest 2013:

    * iPhone/iPad and Android versions of Heartwild Solitaire are pretty much done. We're testing it now and then we'll go through the publishing process. It should be out soon. In the spirit of celebration, we plan to make this a free download as well Smile I'll email you when this is available.

    * Heartwild Solitaire: Book Two will also get a new, HD version. For PC/Mac first, then followed with a mobile release.

    * Soon we'll reveal our biggest project yet, a hidden object adventure.

    Oh, it is so much nicer than the original! The graphics are crisp! It is widescreen! And it has an incredible story!

    By the way, Royal Trouble looks like a kid's game, being a cartoon, but it's actually a hard adventure game! It took me ages to beat it! I hope there are more like it in the works!

    What is it, exactly?

    Well, as a thank you for our dearest fans, we've prepared two brand new decks of cards. A lot of folks loved the original art on the cards. We've had many request for a printed set and that says something. We wanted to give you more of the good thing, so now you'll be able to play with three different styles of cards and switch between them at will. We hope you'll love these new ones just as much as the originals.

    How to get it?

    1. Start Heartwild Solitaire, go to the main menu and click/tap on the envelope icon (upper left corner).
    2. Enter your email there and click/tap the "Unlock bonus" button.
    3. You'll see a new button in the main menu titled "Change Deck".

    But make sure to update your game first

    One important thing. If you're still on the old version of the game - and I mean old like last week's old ;) - make sure to update to the newest version, to be able to unlock the extra decks. To update, go to the App Store, Google Play or any other place you got the game from. If you're having problems with this, shoot us an email at support@orchidgames.com

    Heartwild Solitaire Book Two for iOS/Android is coming

    We've been getting emails telling us to hurry and we're doing our best, really. New phone/tablet version of the game and HD edition for PC/Mac is getting closer and closer. Would you like to check out a pre-release, test version and help us polish the game? See this post on our forum then:
