Actually, looking at that little kid gazing off into the distance? She is slap bang in the middle of kangaroo country. So that's where you'll find the kangaroos.

We're experiencing unusually warm weather here, too. Like in the upper 80's, almost 90 degrees. We're supposed to get a cool down next week. Shoot, we go straight from winter into summer.

Love the pic of the Australian beach, luvtoread. I wouldn't mind sharing a spot on the beach with a kangaroo, as long as it didn't punch my lights out.
I've watched the animal shows....

  Yeah, but can you imagine what kind of damage that tail could do?! Actually, powerful kicks with spurred rear feet is the real danger. But they don't do that really, except if cornered and in active danger of being hurt. They're one of our nicer animals.    
90+ degrees - I dream of days like that!  With a good wallop of humidity to make sure you drink in enough water breathing and you exhale it with your sweat. Heh! Works for me, I'm allowed to eat salt . Low blood pressure here.

I am drinking so much fluid that,  well,   to put it politely,   I am not to far from my bathroom.

I hope you are all having a wonderful weekend. I'm sort of playing HH: Eternity. Let's just say it's a quirky little game. I love when the baddie talks you through his whole plan. LOL!

esme- I just finished up that game, thoroughly enjoyed it; it is different.

I am now playing the new Haunted Legends and actually liking it; but, be forewarned,
it is-how shall I put it, not our usual fairytale stuff. Some scenes actually have me

That stupid big headed small bodied annoyance is, of course, in it. I still got sucked
into the game despite that. The last one or two HL I just did not like. So I was surprised
when I got to the end of the demo how much I wanted to buy. Thank goodness there was
a sale!

Hey all! Just played the vid on the new Sable Maze. Carnival creepy all the way! Dark and eerie? Maybe not, but I think we can expect surreal settings, evil clowns and maybe even some genuine scariness!

Thought I should warn the clownophobes amongst us. 

I liked HH: Eternity, too!

Yes, Justie, I was looking forward to playing the new Sable Maze. I just love a creepy carnival where shady shenanigans are going on.
So, because I had trouble with this developer's other new release, Ominous Objects, I demo'd all of Sable Maze and got a "Access Violation" message at the end.
I'm going to hold off buying for a bit. I don't think Daily Magic (the developer) is very prompt on fixing their games. 

Mmmmm'kay. So. I'm playing HH Eternity and I can't help but wonder

Oh boy, Clueless Clan! Though I'm not going to get it today. It's a pretty lame sale, and I'm cheap. 

Geesh, stupid me for answering the telephone without looking at caller ID. Some telemarketer from Jamaica. Maybe I won a new car? Or something? I couldn't get off the phone fast enough!
I said No Thanks and hung up. He called back. I let the answering machine take it.

Okay, lol, the Clueless Clan is back! I'm with Esme and waiting for a better sale. I've been waiting on a BOGO sale for the longest time. I thought for sure we'd get one on Mother's Day.

I bought the new Rite of Passage and that will be it for me.

I did demo the SE of Ominous Objects and I made it past the first HO scene! I don't know what's up with the bug-ridden CE.

I'm playing Fear For Sale: Endless Voyage now.

Man, Juliette was a prime example of "Good girl gone Evil bitch". She totally flipped out and was on the power hungry train to nowhere.
There was absolutely NO coming back from what she'd done to Nick.
I was happy to see Truble back and I hope she stays.

esme--the misdirected anger. I am happy when they cannot hid the broad side of a barn
as our esteemed Detectives do not have the good sense to get out harms way.


dj--yes, I did watch it. At the end, though. it looked like Juliette was herself when
she looked at Nick and was saying his name.
I felt bad for her, cause she came upon those powers way to quickly and was unable to
control it. You could see glimpses of her old self at times.
Now those people are there to take Trubel!!

Now, who is going to control Princess Diana with Kelly dead and Adalind no longer a Beist?

I am not buying any games from this sale either. But I did play the demo and must admit
getting into it the more I played.

Yep, I'm wondering the same thing about Princess Diana. Looks to me like the Royals are out of the way now.

I must admit, I played the demo of the new Clueless Clan, also, and I'm intrigued. I wish there was a BOGO sale or a half-off membership sale this weekend. Either one would've been fine by me.

Did any of you wonder how an invisible/disintegrated guy could pull the pin from a grenade? 

There are a lot of things in games I wonder about---than think, well, the devs think outside
the sanity box!

I'm in it now. It's a bit silly, but I might as well see it through... though I do wonder what diner owner would park a hungry Doberman in front of the way IN to the diner.

I've seen that before in another game. I was thinking one of the MCF's but now I am not sure. It was a very dark (coloured) game, with a lot of purples and iridescent greens so you could see stuff. And it was very early on in the game... hang on! Was it Shadow Lake? Behind the hotel room? The way ahead is blocked by something or other and we need to get something to get rid of it inside the diner. Also, there are bikies.

Just read what I'd written and realized that whatever the game was, it beats the game you're playing in the silly stakes!

esme-  The character had plenty of red flags to not do it-just totally ignores them,  then gets mad at us!!
Did you see the invite at the end of main game?

Also,  what the masked man did to himself--dumb.   I know we do dumb stuff when we are not thinking
straight,  but I would think that would cause future problems.

I have another pet game peeve.    I am playing Taken Souls:  Blood Rituals.   Man,  it is a challenging  game,
  I do like it.   A mixture of old London,  steampunk,  Aliens,  evidence board, achievements--it has it all.
Anyway,   I am at a spot where I am stuck  (again).   Now,  according to my Diary,  I know
this Robot needs fuel--which I happen to just have.   But when I click to try to give it fuel,
that wonderful black bar comes up with  "I don't know what to do here".
So,  which is it?    
This is not the  first time a diary has said one thing-heck,  I remember a few that predicted
the future,  as it told me I needed to do things that I hadn't got to the place to do them
yet- and the black bar said another.

Perhaps you need a funnel?

The best part is that you have to grill the Dobie some sausages before you can go in to the diner. If I'm grilling sausages for the dog, I'm grilling sausages for me too... then I don't have to go to the diner at all! 

What do you mean, luvto? The FOUR phone calls warning him about the dangers of the vaccine? Then when he asked the doctor, he was all, "Nope, never heard of the guy, but here, sign this waiver form in case something bad happens in this perfectly safe and revolutionary treatment?" LOL  And what kind of crazy hotel makes you figure out how to get the stupid coins to get the stupid ID to get into your own operating room?????? 

Come to think of it, what kind of hotel has an operating room in the basement anyway??

So what is this game with the Doberman and the diner, and can I get some onions for my sausage sanga (Aussie for any form of Hot Dog)?

Ah! Of course it is!   And it'll take an Eternity for you to master the secrets of game logic therein displayed.
