Yay, I still have internet! Oh you guys are cracking me up!   

A "blood & guts party"?? It's so nice that we can be our D&E selves here without getting into trouble and upsetting certain people's delicate senses.  

lol that never even occurred to me - did people get upset by this sort of banter on bfg? Mind you, they seem able to get on their high horse about almost anything!

Today's contraversy - is there or is there not a SG in the Dark Parables 6 CE roflmao

PS. If we're having a blood and guts party, we better not have it here. The cats will almost outnumber us!

Hi everybody! Weather woes here. Snow & ice still out there for over a week. I slipped & fell, twice, hurt my ankle & butt, DH has slipped & fell, also. I'm tellin' ya', we're too old for this shit!

I finished Excursions of Evil & talk about no hand-holding. And no instructions on the mini-games, we're pretty much on our own with no help from the Hint button & I really enjoyed it! Oh, another thing, lots & lots of hidden object scenes. Oh yes, I almost forgot, the "circle" puzzles...I didn't understand what I was supposed to do, but I was able to solve them.
Just a quick note, the ending was weird & you about have to play it again (which I will do).

I am currently playing the new Dark Parables. I noticed Blue Tea has added a little bit of interactivity in their hidden object scenes. I'm a huge fan of the Dark Parables series, so I am loving the game.

I'm still waiting on Bad Omen to make an appearance. From their facebook page, that "thing" looks awful, with those razor sharp teeth, ew.

Frodo, I just thought I'd let you (and any other dragon lover) know, that according to their thumbnail icons, both Dreampath & Emberwing (both in list of links at top of beta trials thread) have dragons!!

My vote is in for the Blood and Guts party for Bad Omen.  I am so excited about this game     Too bad it wasn't released today or even tomorrow.  Major major snowstorm coming in tonight.      16 more inches on top of the foot that's already out there.  Take me back to Sweet Home Alabama  

Whee~ Another D&E fan!

That is a helluva lot of snow!  We just had 14 or 15 inches over the weekend (could have been more -- I stopped going outside when I nearly fell because of how deep the stuff was!)  It's just about finished melting off, now.

I absolutely love D&E.  Just finished the beta for nightwalkers :  into the woods.  Ehhh creepy but real glitchy game.  Yes, I really have stopped going outside too.  Too darned cold and snowy.  I go from the garage to car to where I need to go, then back in.  These 5 and 10 degree days are killers.     But it's all good.  I have all these D&E games to check out and great company on here.

Hi tesamoine! If I knew we were having company, I wouldn't have cursed in my previous post! But Genki lets us curse a little bit & I do have a potty mouth, um...really bad.

Oh my gosh, I keep checking the TGT at BF, hoping for Bad Omen. I'm assuming it won't be a CE release? Anyone who's done the beta?
When I was on their fb page, I "liked" it, even though I hadn't played it. Maybe it'll speed things up a bit.

No it did not feel like a CE, but it does feel like a very long game. Demo took me 45 mins, and that is, they claim, 10% of total game. It is also not as scary as the intro, but certainly D&E!

Let me speculate, Thursdays & Saturdays are CE days. Fridays & Sundays are usually SEs of CEs days. So, it would almost have to be a Monday, a Tuesday or a Wednesday when it comes out at BF.

I'm ramblin' cause I'm tired.  

I always babble when I'm tired too. Yes, I figured it would be M-W, in one of the slots usually filled by games other than HOPAs, and HOPAs of dubious appeal. There will be a HUGE furor over that intro, can hardly wait.

Just played Emberwing, and WOW!  LOVED it!    

First of all... dragons... AND elves!  Wonderful!    

Second... I'm not usually into the 'pet helper' thing.  But the wee dragon toy that becomes your hint guide is so cute!   


Third... the dragon that you're looking for, that took your son, is just... AWESOME!  There's no other word for him.    



I NEED THIS GAME!!!    




On another note, sympathies to all you who are having snowy, and other yucky weather.

Cool!! I think it's a little while coming though, judging (well, guessing really) by the numbering system bfg uses for its betas

Finished Dreampath beta.  Interesting story, with the princes looking for the dragon, in order to save her sister's life.    
The dragon we saw at the end, was impressive.  Wish we could have seen more of him.    

But I found the cat helper to be extremely irratating.

Looked it up, looks good but not overwhelmed. Looked up The Cat Lady, and THAT is awesome!! The music track - wow! The story - cool. Main character - ME!!! 

I've heard that The Cat Lady is VERY disturbing, so I never looked into it.
