JustTheFacts said that too many attempts with wrong password can stop attempts for a few hours


so tell me what you did before it went wrong

Cannot help you but feel your pain.   So much time wasted with supposed "incorrect user
or password".   Your told there is no record that you exist so make a new existence,
just to be told you already exist.     

I hope someone can help.

I have been monitoring them all along 

and add new babies to click sites so they do not die


just wish I could have explained properly so that your name appears on the scroll

then others can see and help

but it seems I have solved that >>> now you can't add eggs !!!!

try as I suggested earlier ..


go into the link at the bottom of your post

that will take you to your scroll ..

when you see your scroll

at the upper right ... it will ask you to log in

do that ...



then see if you can access

if not ... come back and say what it showed

in the meantime >>>>  XXX  ...  my fingers are crossed !!!

I hereby bequeath to you all my existing dragons to be a great mom to.  

I think there is nothing further to be done, but start over.  All those dragons & all their names I chose for them from books I read on dragons or movies I watched.....BIG SIGH   

Will try to carry on from here sadly.

the only thing that I can think of  ..

which scares the beejesus out of me 

look what happened when tried  get your name added ..

is find a restore point before  the time you tried these changes ..

you will not lose dragons or emails as are in a safe cyber space ...

as I said from the beginning ... is a tricky site


BUT ... you did it once


I cannot access your scroll  as my email address blocks me BUT lets me view them


unless and until someone more knowledgeable helps

or you create a restore point which will bypass this

my hands are tied


I believe that your scroll will stay for a year ... even if no eggs are added


just wish you had set it up from the beginning as you were shown

you WILL need to log in there

write down your user name and password  when done

>>> send in an email to yourself  AND ... put same data in a notebook  just for passwords etc

find section for help in accessing scroll

it is all up to you as only you can fix this
