    Hmm... 

    The movie UNBROKEN was released in theatres Christmas Day .

    I was fortunate to have seen the interviews about this amazing TRUE story and most incredible man about whom it was written.


    What I have taken away from this will never leave me  ....

    as the following 9  words could be a mantra for us all ..


    IF I CAN TAKE IT

    I CAN MAKE IT.


    Words we could all live by ... and take to heart.

    Somehow just saying them makes me feel stronger and better.
