I'm gonna try to get this basic document describing Penddraig finished tonight. Is taking forever because it is so hard!! I knew it wouldn't be easy, but can only write a couple of paragraphs at a time before must rest brain a bit. Get so tired!

ah, sorry kitten.JustTheFacts wrote:hmm! green with jealousy again. My tobie sleeps with me too. but he sleeps curled up on my feet, and never whispers anything in my ears.
I miss Bobo. Who died a year ago this week, I just realised. I still miss cuddling him like a teddy bear every night. None of this lot will let me do that...
Sad now.
My Nikki slept on my chest every night until I was asleep then moved to chair beside me where he kept watch all night ...
My prefect dream --- Someone to watch over me ... sigh.
and they call it puppy love ...
this new little shite pushes me in the chest when does not get own way and jumps on my back as if I were a freaking trampoline !!!
on lonely nights , do so much want my Nikki back .. such a warm and loving presence ..

Re: Dragon Cave (FREE) thread #3
we know exactly how each other feels about that special one I reckon. No person has ever left such a hole in my life as Marmalade (a cat from 15yrs ago - I still have her with me, done by a taxidermist for me when she died), and my darling Bobo even more. He was with me such a long time - almost 15 years, and so charming and loving to everyone - person or cat. No bloke came close to meeting that length of involvement or level of commitment lol. Or friend. Or relative.

Course you can get egg! I think... hang on... no, not yet, gotta wait till an egg hatches, unless they have taken the blocker off for your dead egg (not the RIP, the cracked egg - it only stays on about 36 hours)

What egg do you want next?
You don't get a choice about the hatchling, you get whatever I can get on that one!

Ha ha ha!! Cool, a two-headed, two-coloured one! Got my first 2 headed last night! Is a gorgeous adult, can't wait till it grows, and is going to be my Seer (ess I hope)! So two heads and maximum weirdness (other dragons think this breed is 'eccentric' apparently) sounds spot on for the job!

I know I will make my Seer a hermaphrodite 2-headed gilded blood scale dragon! Only 1 every thousand years or so! Cool! See, have to think and think a dozen useless thoughts for a single idea with actual potential.
At that Harvey! (shakes head in continued bemusement)

Ah! No new dragons this month! Been an announcement in the forums.
But will be focussing on new features including "Dragon Encyclopedia". That's okay, we've got our hands filled getting all the old dragons!
Gives us a month to catch up!

Re: Dragon Cave (FREE) thread #3
You awake? I'm guessing not.
Okay, here's the deal. I will grab whatever hatchlings I can get over the next few hours. (I think I have 3 spots coming up in the next 6 hours).
If they are ones I particularly want, I will keep them for me. But it is unlikely all 3 will be, so you can have the others, as long as I can be disciplined enough to hold them for you!
One that comes up a bit is vampires but I don't see much point in keeping them for Riddick, as he has too much fun collecting his own! lol (like us hee hee)

Re: Dragon Cave (FREE) thread #3
Got you a gorgeous little girl Glaucus Drake if you want her - like the blue and silver one in my sig! Is good for you because even the eggs are really hard to catch!
And a second gorgeous girl! Black with blue fire! A Falconiform Wyvern! Also hard to get eggs let alone hatchling!
If you want them they are yours, you've got the room, I think you should take both! But if not is okay too.
Been very hard in there tonight, hardly anything good, when I had room and then between 10-11am, went ballistic. So many good ones, but my next slot didn't open until 11.30!! And so missed it all! Wah!
But am really happy with these two! - worth all the effort!
PLUS the green Terrae too, although you already have one!

Re: Dragon Cave (FREE) thread #3
Well done Riddick!
I have snatched a couple of beautiful hatchlings for orphaned - hope she intends waking up soon! She's always up by now, so of course, when I am waiting for her, she sleeps in!
The pattern is changing. Now the first 15mins as well as the last 15mins seem good for hatchlings and short-lifers. But the competition has been, well, Fast and Furious!
