Sunset \ Sunrise eggs will only hatch between 6pm-midight (Cave time) for Sunset, and midnight-6am (Cave time) for Sunrise.
It can't hatch outside those times, no matter how many views it has.
So if your egg is in trouble, hide it, until one of those times.
