Thanks genki.  Everyone can just call me Marianne...my real name.  When I first registered here way-back-when, I wasn't allowed to use marianne cause it was already in use which is why the marinora, nora is my middle name.  But I prefer marianne and use it with other sites as genki knows.    Smile

That series is right up there with the Clueless Clan for sheer stupidity.

I'm playing Lost Souls: Enchanted Paintings & replaying Echoes of the Past: Kingdom of Despair, just because I really liked EotP: KoD & I think Orneon's games has some of the coolest puzzles!

Got the new Shadow Wolf demo ready to play.

I do a lot of shopping online as then I resist impulse purchases.  It is so nice to log on, search for what I want and wait for delivery.  I do have Amazon prime so I get my orders in two days.

I do prefer clothing to be done in person as well.  I only wish I could get groceries delivered her.  Perhaps when I'm old and can no longer drive that will be quite common.  My Mom cannot drive anymore and could order her groceries online but refuses to pay the $5 to $10 charge so she makes my sister do her shopping.  I don't have any children and I doubt my nieces or nephews (as helpful as they may end up being) will let me get away with that.

lol, Esme!  Laugh I still look forward to when a new EotP game comes out.  Happy bounce

And, after partially demo'ing Shadow Wolf Mysteries 4, my verdict is...hmm, not bad, ERS. I'm not sure whether I'm inclined to buy the CE or wait for the SE, since I do have all the games in the series, a mish-mash of CEs & SEs. I'll see what kind of a sale we get this weekend.

I'm all about creepy sound FX and atmosphere. I thought Tales of Terror: House on the Hill (title?) had some pretty creepy sounds (or music, CRS). I'd get it, but I'm leery because of the tech issues later in the game.
I think I'll replay HH: CDW next. That game registers high on my personal creep-o-meter.  Shock

lol, kac, I ordered quite a few "hard to find in our area" items from Amazon finishing up my Christmas shopping. I love it!

I do like to shop, but I'm not a fan of Christmas shopping. I'd rather people tell me what they'd like to get, so I'm not wandering around aimlessly in the overcrowded stores.
And armed with a sales circular, I arrive only to find the store is out-of-stock on a particular item.
By that time, I'm already furious because of the drive to get there. So many idiots here, talking or texting on their cell phones while driving.
I breathe a sigh of relief when I finally get home & vow never to go out again.
And that is NOT having a fun-time.

You'll be relieved to know that we have many texting idiots here.  So don't feel like the Lone Ranger.  In fact, I honestly thought we had all of them.    Yeah right

I do most of my holiday shopping online too. Going to the malls and stores is disheartening, so I try to avoid it! LOL

I just started a game... Death Pages- Ghost Library or something like that. It's a bit older and I'm not sure how I missed it, but it's already one freaky little game! I'm hopeful! Evil Grin

We're probably about even with the cell phone idiots, Marianne.

DH told me the other day, new cars should come equipped with some kind of device so you can't use your phone while driving. I know they could do it, too & they should.
Nobody is that important they can't wait to talk to someone. Really, what did the dummies do before cell phones came into existence?

I forgot about Death Pages!! Even I spat the dummy with that one!  Overreaction

From start to finish they messed with something that should have been an awe inspiring concept, made good and spectacular by our mates the Pachyderms. First seriously negative review I ever wrote about them.

I'm usually fine with 'silly' in games, but this right up there esme! The game play is kinda fun, so you get a halfway decent experience if you factor in the rant potential! Silly face

    Looking forward to your reactions!!
