"Always Look On The Bright Side Of Life"
written by Eric Idle.
Send "Always Look On The …" Ringtone to your Mobile |
Some things in life are bad
They can really make you mad
Other things just make you swear and curse
When you're chewing on life's gristle
Don't grumble, give a whistle
And this'll help things turn out for the best...
And...
...always look on the bright side
of life...
(Whistle)
Always look on the light side
of life...
(Whistle)
If life seems jolly rotten
There's something you've forgotten
And that's to laugh and smile and dance and sing
When you're feeling in the dumps
Don't be silly chumps
Just purse your lips and whistle
- that's the thing.
And...always look on the bright
side of life...
(Whistle)
Come on.
Always look on the right side
of life...
(Whistle)
For life is quite absurd
And death's the final word
You must always face the curtain
with a bow
Forget about your sin - give the
audience a grin
Enjoy it - it's your last chance
anyhow.
So always look on the bright side
of death...
(Whistle)
a-Just before you draw your terminal breath...
(Whistle)
Life's a piece of shit, when you look at it
Life's a laugh and death's a joke, it's true
You'll see its all a show, keep 'em laughin as you go
Just remember that the last laugh is on you
And...
Always look on the bright side
of life...
(Whistle)
Always look on the right side
of life...
C'mon Brian, cheer up
Always look on the bright side
of life...
Always look on the bright side
of life...
Worse things happen at sea you know.
I mean - what have you got to lose?
You know, you come from nothing
- you're going back to nothing.
What have you lost? Nothing.
Always look on the right side
(I mean) of life...
what have you got to lose?
You know, you come from nothing
- you're going back to nothing.
What have you lost?
Always (Nothing.) look on the right side of life...
Nothing will come from nothing ya know what they say?
Cheer up ya old bugga c'mon give us a grin!
There ya go, see!
Always look on the right side of life...
(Cheer up ya old bugga c'mon give us a grin! At same time)
There ya go, see!

I only just found out myself too! Only it's like 8 hours since you did!! Been asleep. No eggs whatsoever, no egg slots till 5 more hours, unless I abandon my Earth Day eggs, and no way! Plus my friend Kuro has 2 Earth Day hatchlings she grabbed for me as a gift, and she's holding for me to collect, and she missed it too - PANIC!!! AND it has dimorphism, so, different babies and adults on gender, so more craziness in the trade sectors, swapping different genders, and how the hell am I supposed to get on with my breeding programs if TJ won't leave me alone for a few weeks/months/years?

It's just, he tricked me!! When no drop came at all on Saturday, I forgot what he said way back in October about eggs still dropping at the same time all the time, he might vary what time they dropped, but usually during the course of a weekend. Ever since then, drops have been out of sync because of holidays etc, so completely irrelevant until today!

Love that phrase!! Doesn't it just kinda sound like it could fix everything just by saying it?
Worth being Scottish, just to be able to say it with the right accent!!

I think I just became an official breeder on DC Forums. I actually made a comment, not just offered a trade or gifted something. Actually made a suggestion on what we should do for the next mass breeding event!! Am I cool or what?
What. Definitely what. I am supposed to be getting out of the trading biz! And who needs the hassle of yet another, much more stern and inhospitable forum, when I have the GGG?

My CFS and other bodily restrictions says I can only have both if I'm very very good and don't get carried away like I did at xmas. I nearly lost it in happy holidays, trying too hard. It is a lot of energy to use up for me, here or there. People wear me out. You know this.
And I am being obsessive about it, I know. Am going to try for a little balance this time or I'll burn out all my enthusiasm for anything.
And I did enjoy my review the other day. And I really enjoy the mass breedings, because it gives me a chance to really see what I have in terms of potential in my dragons, which half the time I've forgotten I even have!
Would be good if I could do a little writing for Penddraig, a little breeding, a demo or beta for the casual games, with brief reviews, and even the occasional breeding organizing/helping thing in DC.
Like, the DC forums are a pain in the butt. But you can find little corners that are not like that at all. And not surprisingly, seem to run into the same people in each. They are the only people I talk to much, by pm - too damn rigid in the threads. And for whatever reason, the idea of breeding 1-4 breeds specifically all on the same day with a good excuse, has caught on, after many years of non activity apparently.

see ..
is possible to find a middle ground ..
just one word we all need to remember >>>> balance
total immersion is too dangerous ...
deal with folks as needed ... and even then >>> bullet points only
as long as know limitations ... anything is still possible, my little mighty mouse

Okay back to the dragons. I think I am going to have to force you to join DC completely, not this sneaking around stealing eggs and disappearing with your victims.
Come July, we will be having a special celebration - USA, France and Canada will be breeding stripes for their Nation on their National holidays - ie. Canada Day! Australia has the wrong national colours and no National events in July. But I might sneak in a few Green Stripes and Golden Wyverns to celebrate my country too, but then I'll have to pick a side.
