If you can shrink it, yourself (I can adjust image sizes, but don't know how to do an animated gif), then you can host it elsewhere, then use it as your avatar. The image-hosting service we have here *might* work, I'm not sure. Just give it a try by plunking it either in this thread, or in the avatar thread
