I of course own all of the Delicious games Snicker

You really want to start with Delicious 4: Emily's Taste of Fame - before then they're "just games". Starting with #4 the series becomes something really special. You know, you could try playing the games on Easy mode Whistle

I would definitely go with THIS ONE. It's a double-pack, and the beginning of the greatness of the series, with both Taste of Fame and Holiday Season. AND it's half off through tomorrow using the code EASTER2014! Elk grin

It's the story. The extra tasks you have every day really adds something, and keeps the game feeling fresh. Holiday Season is better than Taste of Fame, as far as locations go, but I still recommend starting with ToF so that you get all of the story.

I highly recommend Cherry Blossom Murders, it's really a beautiful game. It's HO-heavy, but it didn't bother me in the slightest. You can see my review HERE. Sunny

Yes, the "photogammetry" they used for the game is just astounding! If you feel like it, check out the article HERE -- It's just fascinating!

Yes, it's a large file adventure, and just recently released, so too expensive for me at the moment. I'm looking forward to playing it someday! :D

I remember this game. I had a major head cold (ironic--I have a minor one now)
and was going to skip this game.
But dj was so enthusiastic about Lake House that she convinced me to give it a
try and I really was glad she did.
Nothing like a good game to make you forget your miserableness!!

I'm sorry to hear you have the sniffles, luvtoread. Take 2 aspirin (for fever) and rest for a bit. Make sure to drink plenty of fluids (don't want to get dehydrated).

Good advice, DJ! Add breathing steam to the list, it will loosen up the phlegm.

I really liked Lake House, despite the strange (and totally unbelievable) way that our heroine reacted in the cutscenes.
