I tried the demo today, and what an intriguingly quirky game it is... just as one would expect from the Amanita design team.

I was feeling a bit at a loss at first, since there are no instructions (much like The Tiny Bang Story and Samorost, for you casual game lovers). The lack of instruction is part of the beauty of these games, since actually accomplishing the goals feels like such an accomplishment Botanicula (Point-and-click) 597951271

Like any adventure game, click on EVERYTHING! It didn't take me long to figure out what I was supposed to be doing, and after that, I managed to accomplish the first task pretty easily.

The graphics are amazing, with a lot of times when you just sit back to see what's happening. Very cute, intuitive as long as you remember to click on everything, and definitely a fun addition to Amanita's line of games. Like Machinarium, this is a full-length game, and has over 150 scenes. You'll need 700mb and 1GB RAM memory to play it. For only $10, I think it's a steal Botanicula (Point-and-click) 1404866550
