    Azada: Ancient Magic

I have yet to try the first Azada, so I don't know how the two games compare.

You have a choice of relaxed or timed, so I chose relaxed.

Help the man you freed in the first Azada, Titus, remove the evil curses on books in his magic library.

The game mechanics are different than in any other game I've
played, so it took me a few minutes to figure out that I needed to be
looking on other pages of book to find needed items (etc).

Titus refers to you as "Puzzle Master", and there are a lot of
mini-puzzles in this game, but the primary thrust is more like...
figuring out tasks and completing them, so Adventure/Puzzle is good
    placement for the game type.

You get two hints per book, each of which has 5 pages to interact
with. There is NO SKIP button for the mini-puzzles, but thus far,
    they've all been doable.

If you like puzzles, if you like adventure games, this would be a good game to try.

Another Promising Game I Just Can’t Finish
    SunnySunny

    BASED ON PARTIALLY COMPLETED GAME

I admit I’m not good at puzzles, but I’m not useless either. Yet, once again I am barred from playing this game because I have run out of skip and simply cannot solve the puzzle. The forums have long since stopped discussing Azada, and even what was there could not help. And of course, no walkthrough.

I don’t understand why Felix insists on puzzles with no skip. I know they’re supposed to be a challenge, but frustration overcomes any sense of accomplishment when you simply cannot proceed. I’ll probably never play this or the first Azada again, and that is a shame...

Because I was enjoying this game. The graphics, gameplay and story were all a big improvement on the original Azada. I love the idea of being trapped in a story and no way out. And there were clearly many stories in this game.

    I don’t recommend this game!
