Dr. Benjamin E. Mays: Just A Minute
by Dewitt Robinson on July 20, 2011 in Motivation
Dr. Benjamin E. Mays
I’ve only just a minute,
Only sixty seconds in it.
Forced upon me, can’t refuse it,
Didn’t seek it, didn’t choose it,
But it’s up to me to use it.
I must suffer if I lose it,
Give an account if I abuse it,
Just a tiny little minute,
But eternity is in it.
-Dr. Benjamin E. Mays
I really didn’t want to type anything else after the “s” in Mays, but I must give credit to the site for the picture and I need to elaborate just a bit. Click here for credit info.
How much time do we waste? Too much. Many don’t realize it (including me at times), but the key to managing your time is managing your actions. The key to managing your actions is managing your decisions. The key to managing your decisions is managing what you feed yourself about your purpose in life. The key to manage what you feed yourself about your purpose in life is controlling your thoughts.
Control your thought life, control your world.
Now maximize your minute.
