LONG GUNS .. aka rifles or muskets ... single load
and
REVOLVERS
the founding fathers never could have envisioned the weaponry available today ...
semi- and automatic rifles
machine guns
assault rifles
bump stocks
large magazines ( to hold many bullets )
and much, much more ...
had they known ... perhaps they would not have included that amendment
or been ultra specific as to the two weapons allowed
overly simplistic ?

but far too many weapons belong ONLY in the hands of the military
and sometimes not even them ...
