I'm posting this in the D&E thread as a warning since I know many of my D&E friends love these games. I personally picked up Syberia awhile back, meaning to play it, just haven't gotten around to doing it yet. But after missing from BFG for a few days, "Syberia Part 1" came out as a TGT and the announcement was made that the game is being broken down into a triplicate set. Naturally there is much wailing and ghashing of teeth about this. At least those of us who bought the whole thing as one chunk still have access to our game through our game history.
Now the question: There is a "Syberia II" that's been out there awhile. I thought it was a sequel and was going to buy it when I finished part I (assuming I ever did!). But now I'm wondering if this is an actual sequal, or is the earlier relased "Part II" of the "Part I" that good released sooner than the first part, heaven knows why...
And after writing THAT sentence I have to go lie down!
But seriously: if Syberia II, is a true sequel to the TOTAL first Syberia game, I want to use a credit and snatch it up while I still can. I'm just trying to keep from being ripped off. Any advice?
