I just wanted to mention that this week's Catch of the Week (ending tomorrow, by the way), Margrave: The Curse of the Severed Heart, AND today's Daily Deal, Hide and Secret: The Lost World are both EXCELLENT games, and $2.99 each is an amazing deal!

At Big Fish we now have the Standard Editions of Haunted Hotel: Charles Dexter Ward and Royal Detective: Lord of Statues. I couldn't tell you about the DD, Cake Shop 2, though I own it (got it for free from Sandlot before they went defunct). The CotW is a good one, the much-talked-about Mystery Trackers: Raincliff.

BF has a special deal today only, which will get you a bonus punch if you buy the TGT, the very cute Farm Fables.

In other gaming news, Cooking Academy 3 is now available at Alawar.

Depths of Betrayal and Secrets of the Seas: Flying Dutchman (standard editions) are both available at iWin, now, and they've also released a Forrest Gump slots game today.

GameHouse has two new bundle deals, which I'll be posting in the appropriate area shortly (check the Game Bundles Index to see at a glance what all is available). Also out at GH today is an older game (released elsewhere over a year ago), Mystery Seekers: The Secret of the Haunted Mansion.

GameHouse has quite a lot going on at the moment :D They've just released Victorian Mysteries: The Yellow Room, The 4th episode of Emily's Wonder Wedding (TM), and Spirit Walkers: Curse of the Cypress Witch, as well as a new bundle pack: Mystery Stories Bundle 2, which includes one of my favorite more-recent games, Mystery Stories 3: Mountain of Madness

Find the game bundle index HERE

Alawar has a new look, and have recently released Build-a-Lot Fairy Tales, Jigsaw BOOM, and Cooking Academy 3: Recipe for Success.

iWin has released a game called Foreign Dreams (looks to be an IHOG), and also now have Victorian Mysteries 2: The Yellow Room available at their site.

Big Fish now has the fourth installment of Echoes of the Past available as a CE, as well as the standard edition of Sister's Secrecy: Arcanum Bloodlines. The DD, Spa Mania 2, is very fun if you enjoy TM's, and is a great deal at $2.99.

In today's news, iWin has now released Shaban, and GameHouse is offering up Paris Mahjong as its new game. Speaking of GameHouse, they're having some trouble with their coins, and many people aren't getting their daily sign-in coins and/or other coins they are due. Follow the problem in THIS thread on their forum.

As for Big Fish, Holy Blowout Sale, Batman! OH! Over 200 games for only $2.99 each?? Wowsa, what a GREAT time to buy games!! Use the coupon code BLOWOUT through tomorrow to get as many of these games as you want for only $2.99 each.

The $2.99 sale at BF is officially over, but the BLOWOUT code is still working, as of this moment. If you're wanting anything, now's the time!

Today's BF release of Wonder World isn't going over very well with those who've reviewed it, which is usually something that will make me want to try it right away... but one of the complaints is that it's VERY short, so that blows the whole "want to see for myself" feeling. Truly short games just don't appeal to me very much!

GameHouse has now released 3 Stars of Destiny (RPG) along with the strategy guide, as well as Eastville Chronicles: The Drama Queen Murder (a game which I never made a topic for here, as the reviews at BF were so bad).

iWin now has Curse at Twilight: Thief of Souls Extended Edition and Fantastic Creations: House of Brass available. I'm not sure what the Extended Edition is about, as they had already released the Standard Edition... and this new version is being sold at the standard price, so... *shrugs*

Looks like GOG's weekend promo (Kalypso
    Catalogue 50% off
) doesn't end for another 10 hours (from the time of this post), so check it out if you're looking for some different (and DRM-free) games.

    Happy gaming!

Realore has released their newest Builder/Strategy game, Adelantado Trilogy: Book 1. This is brought to us by the same people who created the Roads of Rome franchise, so I'm expecting good things  It's exclusive to Realore, so head over and check it out if'n you're interested!

Speaking of "heading over", every game page on this forum has links to where you can find the games, but I've only recently noticed that external links only show when you're signed in. Games, Games, Games! So Many Games! (News) 3253339202 Sorry about that! I'll fix it if I can, but I've no idea where to look for such settings!

GameHouse must have made a deal with Her Interactive, as they have yet another Nancy Drew game out today, Nancy Drew 21: Warnings at Waverly Academy.

Sister's Secrecy: Arcanum Bloodlines is now out as a CE at iWin.

Big Fish has released Syberia Part 2 today, but it's really more cost-effective (and less of a headache!) to get it DRM-free - and NOT cut up into parts - at GOG.

Because it irks me to see this game chopped into pieces, the "parts" aren't listed in the Adventure Game Index, just the full versions are listed there Games, Games, Games! So Many Games! (News) 2981382511

Also at Big Fish, the Catch-of-the-week, Midnight Mysteries 3, is a well-loved game by many, and I'm sure they'd tell you to jump at the chance to get it for $2.99. Yes, I own it, but I haven't played it yet. lol~ My TM-loving friends really enjoy today's DD, Hotdog Hotshot, so check it out if you enjoy the genre.
That's it for me. For now... Games, Games, Games! So Many Games! (News) 3361057716

The TGT at Big Fish is Live Novels: Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice. When I saw the title, I was hoping for an outstanding game based on classic literature, such as Classic Adventures: The Great Gatsby. Alas, the first couple of reviews aren't great, but I will definitely try this one for myself, regardless.

Also out at Big Fish today is a soft release, World's Greatest Temples Mahjong.

GameHouse has now released Sister's Secrecy: Arcanum Bloodlines Premium Edition. They are still having troubles with people getting their coins, but I've found that ONE computer - my work computer - will let me collect my coins as usual. Perhaps it's an IP issue, perhaps they're tying the coins to a single computer. Whatever the case may be, let them know if you're not getting your coins properly!

Alawar has now released Jewels of the East India Company, which looks to be your basic drag-to-match (chaining) M3.

Victorian Mysteries 2: The Yellow Room is out at iWin, though I already had the link to their release in the game thread... not sure how that happened! lol~ ;)

The TGT at Big Fish today is the much-anticipated Surface 2: The Noise She Couldn’t Make. It's getting great reviews, and I'll definitely try it (and likely buy it) at some point Games, Games, Games! So Many Games! (News) 364988687 I've never heard of the DD, before: Caribbean Hideaway. This is a Match-3/Puzzle game, and it's been reviewed at a full 5 stars, so if you're into M3's, this would be a good one to check out!

GameHouse and iWin have both now released Youda Jewel Shop, a conveyor belt-type TM, which I've not tried.

Now out at Alawar is the Collector's Edition of Eternal Journey: New Atlantis.

Looks like that's about it for the moment~! Happy gaming!

Hi, tweetypie, nice to see you posting! Nice to know that I'm not entirely talking to myself here Games, Games, Games! So Many Games! (News) 597951271

Today GameHouse releases Elven Mists 2, which is listed as a Match-3, but looks more like a puzzle game.

iWin has now released Arizona Rose and the Pirates' Riddles, which is a Picross/HOG mix.

At Big Fish, Fierce Tales: The Dog's Heart is out as a Standard Edition for both PC and Mac. Today's DD is Reincarnations 1: Awakening, which is a nice little game. I recommend at least checking out my review if you're on the fence Games, Games, Games! So Many Games! (News) 2981382511

Also of note at Big Fish is their Olympics promotion - a new CE on sale every day through August 12th. Today's special deal is for the CE edition of Dark Parables 2: The Exiled Prince.

ETA: GOG is having a weekend promo, with 50% off of nine titles, which includes The 11th Hour, Simon the Sorcerer I, Simon the Sorcerer II (The Lion, the Wizard and the Wardrobe), and Simon the Sorcerer 3D

Big Fish has released another Standard Edition, today's being Infected: The Twin Vaccine (which has gotten RAVE reviews, btw). Their special Olympics deal for the day is Strange Cases 2: The Lighthouse Mystery, CE version for $6.99. I neglected to mention a release yesterday, the soft release of Great Little War Game. The Daily Deal is Love Chronicles: The Sword and the Rose, which I just noticed I have neglected to add to the site! Games, Games, Games! So Many Games! (News) 3253339202 I will remedy that, I'm just toooo tired a the moment! Games, Games, Games! So Many Games! (News) 3167270519

GameHouse has two new offerings today, Evolver, which is a cute-looking match-3 game where you create new creatures by making matches (hence, EVOLVING them), and Shadomania, which is listed as a Jigsaw, but seems to actually be a Puzzle game (the other kind of puzzle Belly laugh Wink)

Chronoclasm Chronicles is now out at iWin, and Alawar has nothing since yesterday.

That's it for now~ Happy Gaming!

I was able to get the Love Chronicles games added this morning. You can find the links HERE. Of course, you can also find them in the Game Series and Genre thread. Wink

Big Fish's new release, Cases of Stolen Beauty, is getting slammed by the reviewers. Y'all let me know if it's any good, and I'll add a topic! The DD today is an adventure-lite, Millennium Secrets: Roxanne's Necklace. Today's special $6.99 CE is The Agency of Anomalies 1: Mystic Hospital. I do own it, but alas, it's another I've not yet played.

iWin has now released Hidden Mysteries 8: Royal Family Secrets at their site. I haven't actually added any of the Hidden Mysteries games to the site, except for Hidden Mysteries 4: Vampire Secrets, which I've actually played. lol~ They are all listed in the Game Series and Genre thread, at least Silly face

Alawar is without a new game today, but G5 Entertainment has a new one out: E.P.I.C.: Wishmaster Adventures. This one has a sci-fi bent to it, and it looks promising.

Chronoclasm Chronicles has now been released at GameHouse, and iWin has an oldie out today - Luxor: Amun Rising. It's a fun marble-popper if you're into the genre.

Pirates of New Horizons: Planet Buster is BFG's newest release, and seems to be primarily a match-3 game, with a bit of puzzle thrown in (judging by the description).

Today's DD is Crime Soliataire, and if you enjoy card games (and crime!), it looks like a good one to check out.

The Catch of the Week, Allora and The Broken Portal, is yet another game that I own, but haven't played. For $2.99 it's definitely worth checking out.

Now down to the good stuff. Today's special CE deal is Margrave 3: The Curse of the Severed Heart. I not only own the CE, but have actually played it all the way through. Games, Games, Games! So Many Games! (News) 597951271 This is a fantastic game, and well worth $6.99!

In other Big Fish news, the new-releases list for July is now complete, and you can find it HERE.

Big Fish has another excellent CE on sale today, Haunted Halls 1: Green Hills Sanitarium . The bonus section seemed a bit short, but there was one mini in the bonus section that I found particularly interesting. You have to have paid attention during the game to be able to complete it Games, Games, Games! So Many Games! (News) 2981382511 If you don't already have Green Hills Sanitarium, now is definitely a great time to get it!

The Daily Deal is The Tudors, and despite me never having seen the show, I was pleasantly surprised when I played it. It's not a terribly long game, but it is enjoyable, so if you enjoy(ed) the demo, now's the time! $2.99 is a great value for the game.

The TGT, Secrets of the Titanic 1912-2012, is getting blasted by those reviewing it, but it looks like they don't like it because it's thoroughly a straight HOG, not an interactive one.

Mudrock has mentioned that Redemption Cemetery: Grave Testimony should be out this week, so I'm betting it will be our TGT on Thursday.

Another Nancy Drew release at GameHouse, this time #23, Nancy Drew: Shadow at the Water's Edge.

Mystery Trackers 3: Black Isle is now out at iWin, and it looks like they have just the Standard Edition available.

Alawar has a new Match-3 release today, Fairy Island.

Amaranthia released a new interactive novel yesterday, for those who are interested: Cinders. The download is a relatively small 73 MB, but the screenshots I saw were really very nice!

The TGT at Big Fish today is a TM, Jo's Dream: Organic Coffee. The DD today is an adventure-lite/puzzle game, Nancy Drew Dossier: Resorting to Danger. Today's special deal is, surprisingly, not a CE, but rather a highly-rated straight HOG - Mystery P.I.: Stolen in San Francisco. It's rare(ish) to see a straight HOG with a full 5-star rating, so this looks like a good one to check out if you're looking for some fun hidden object scenes.

GameHouse's new release is one that got such poor reviews at BF that I never added a topic here, Eastville Chronicles - The Drama Queen Murder.

Haunting Mysteries: The Island of Lost
has now been released at iWin as a Premium Edition, and nothing new at Alawar today.

Nothing else of note at the moment, except that if you're interested in trying Glitch, which is in its final stages of beta, I have invites available! Just let me know in the Invites have been re-enabled! thread!

Missed a day there, I've caught some kind of bug, and wasn't up to making my daily update Silly face

Big Fish did indeed release the new Redemption Cemetery yesterday, Redemption Cemetery 3: Grave Testimony. The Standard Edition of Grim Facade:
    Sinister Obsession
is out for today's TGT, and the special deal of the day is a game I'm completely unfamiliar with, Vacation Quest: Australia. It's gotten good reviews, and seems to be a "relaxing" straight HOG. The DD is Hidden Relics, and if memory serves, this is a game that I could not STAND when I tried it. I could certainly be mixing it up with another game, of course Belly laugh

GameHouse has Episode 8 of Delicious: Emily's Wonder Wedding out today (a new episode every Friday), as well as a new game bundle game, Girls will be Girls Movie Bundle, which includes three games: Pretty in Pink (HOG), Mean Girls (Match 3), and Clueless (TM).

Farm Tribe is now out at Alawar, and iWin has released World's Greatest Temples Mahjong and the standard Edition of Theatre of the Absurd.

GOG's weekend promo is Tremendous Topware Titles, with 10 titles for $2.99 each, and one for $4.99.

Steam and GamersGate both have Summer deals going on, and there's just too much to list, so go check it out if you've got money to burn Elk grin

Not much happened this weekend, game-wise, except that BF had one of their bonus-punch weekends. I really should have mentioned it, but I'm guessing that anyone who visits this site would already know about it. lol~ Games, Games, Games! So Many Games! (News) 364988687

GameHouse now has Nancy Drew 22: Trail of the Twister available - nothing else new since my last update.

iWin released Tiger Eye Part II: The Sacrifice yesterday. They also released Mahjong Mysteries: Ancient Athena, and today have a new Match-3 game, Heaven and Hell.

Farm Tribe is now available at Alawar.

New at Big Fish over the past couple of days: Be Richest, Summer SuperSports, and Farm Quest. The special offer of the day is another straight HOG, Escape the Emerald Star. The Daily Deal, Spyde Solitaire, is available for both PC and Mac. The COTW, Shiver 1: Vanishing Hitchhiker, is an EXCELLENT game, and if you haven't got it yet, now is the time!

Amaranthia has a new RPG out, though it sounds stressful to me Games, Games, Games! So Many Games! (News) 3286387481: Unemployment Quest.

Big Fish's special offer of the day is AGAIN a straight HOG, albeit one that is from a popular series - Mystery P.I.: The Curious Case of Counterfeit Cove.

The TGT, The World`s Legends: Kashchey the Immortal, is getting terrible reviews. The graphics looked good, so I actually tried the game to see for myself... and the horrible ratings are undeserved, in my opinion. See my review HERE.

The DD, Fate of the Pharaoh, is a Builder that I haven't tried, but the ratings are a solid 4-stars over at BF.

GameHouse has a new tower defense game today, Toy Defense.

Alawar has released Gem Boy, which is a brick-breaker game - a genre that I've always enjoyed - and iWin has now released Howlville: The Dark Past.

    Looks like that's about it!

At Big Fish today we have The Theatre of Shadows: As You Wish, an IHOG that is getting good ratings, as well as a soft release, Farm Girl at the Nile. This one looks to be a Farm Frenzy clone, so it's not for me. The special deal is for the Collector's Edition of Paranormal Crime Investigations: Brotherhood of the Crescent Snake.

iWin has released a Youda Games 3-pack today, which includes Youda Farmer games 1 - 3.

Theatre of the Absurd Standard Edition is now out at GameHouse, and nothing new at Alawar.

Out at GameHouse today is Secrets of the Past: Mother's Diary. It got slammed pretty badly over at BF, but you never know unless you try for yourself~ Games, Games, Games! So Many Games! (News) 364988687

I had expected the predicted CE to be out today, but instead we have the Standard Edition of Grim Tales 3: The Wishes. For the special deal today, we have the CE version of Princess Isabella 2: Return of the Curse. For the DD, we have the strategy game Trade Mania, which looks like the same kind of format as Life Quest and Magic Life.

The Cooking Dash games are all on sale at BF:
Get any Cooking Dash game for just $2.99 with code: CKDASH299
    Hurry, sale ends 8/12!

At iWin they've released Bonus Mania Slots 2, and at Alawar is Cradle of Rome.

Big Fish did release a new CE today, just not the one that was predicted by Mudrock. Mystery Heritage: Sign of the Spirit is getting pretty good reviews - looks like a solid 4-stars from their reviewers.

The DD today is The Fall Trilogy Chapter 3: Revelation, which I remember people saying was not nearly as good as the others, and the special deal today is the CE version of The Agency of Anomalies 2: Cinderstone Orphanage.

GameHouse's new release is by Nat Geo - Titanic's Keys to the Past. Used to be that the Nat Geo games were so-so, and I haven't tried a new one in a long time. Perhaps this one will break the "okay" mold and be outstanding? Only trying will tell!

At iWin you can now find Legends of Solitaire: The Lost Cards.

There's a new game out at Screen Seven today, The Chronicles of Shakespeare 2: A Midsummer Night’s Dream. This one was released at GH back in July, and BF only has the first game in the series, thus far. This one is a point-and-click adventure, and the graphics are gorgeous, so I'll be trying it out at some point, despite the awful rating GH reviewers gave it Games, Games, Games! So Many Games! New at Big Fish today is Suburban Mysteries: The Labyrinth of the Past. This looks to be a love it or hate it game, but something to consider is that this non-CE includes a strategy guide, concept art, and music. That little something extra is a good incentive to at least give it a try!

The special deal today is the CE version of Haunted Halls 2: Fears From Childhood. I loved the first one, and though I own it, I haven't tried this one, yet. The DD, Written Legends: Nightmare at Sea, is a beautifully done game, and I really enjoyed it. This is one that I feel did not get the attention it deserved, and one I happily paid full price for. It's a steal at $2.99.

BF has a weekend promo going on, with all Popcap games $3.99 each. This includes games like the Mystery P.I series, Amazing Adventures, Peggle, Bookworm Adventures and the Vacation Quest series.

iWin has a new puzzle-HOG out today, Criminal Stories: Presumed Partners.

GameHouse has released a Brain-teaser/Puzzle game today, May's Mysteries - The Secret of Dragonville. This looks like one my trivia-loving eldest would love, so I'll be trying it out at some point Wink

Looks like that's it for now! Happy Gaming!

Hello, all Smile Looks like iWin got this one day earlier than BF, for now Big Fish has released Criminal Stories: Presumed Partners. Today's DD is The Secrets of Arcelia Island, and while I haven't tried it, it has beautiful graphics, and has a solid 4-star rating, so it's definitely worth checking out at $2.99!

The Big Fish special deal of the day is the CE version of Dark Parables 3: Rise of the Snow Queen. Though I generally don't enjoy FROG's, this series is outstanding.

At iWin today we have the Standard Edition Silent Nights: The Pianist, whilst there is nothing new at GH or Alawar.

If you're watching the countdown for Guild Wars 2, there are 13 days left until the pre-release. Pre-purchase and get to play for 3 days before the official release, and get an exclusive in-game item to boot :Big smile:

I still have invites available if anyone wants to get in on the last stages of beta for Glitch, so let me know if you want in!

    Happy Gaming!
