Peter is my RL friend. He drives me around and stuff like that when I need help. He is an incredibly special person - intellectually below normal, but he manages to look after himself alone, and his friends like me as well! But in many ways, not exactly adult in outlook, despite being the most sensible person I know... socially, the world is sometimes tricky for him!
Asking him to give me a massage? The poor guy would have a heart attack!
