White Peppermint Candy:
1 package almond bark (it doesn't have almonds in it, it's kind of like a big 'ol hunk of white chocolate)
1/4 cup crushed starlight mints or candy canes
This is sooooo easy:
Unwrap almond bark and plunk into large pot. Melt over low heat (MUST be
low heat, as if it gets too hot, it will get VERY hard in places when
cooled. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in peppermint candy. Pour
mixture onto cookie sheet covered with waxed paper and spread evenly.
Let cool until firm. Peel off waxed paper and break into bite-sized
pieces.
That's it! That's all! Sooooo easy, and sinfully good. Tastes especially good coated on the bottom of the Peppermint Drop Cookies ;)
